MarzPay – Secure Payment Platform

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the MarzPay app you agree to be bound by these terms, our privacy policy, and any service-specific addenda you accept in-app.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter binding contracts in Uganda, and operating a business that is not on any sanctions list.

Wallets and Settlement

Your account exposes a Main wallet (mobile money) and a Card wallet (card collections). All transactions — collections, send-money and bank transfers — settle to the relevant wallet instantly upon completion.

Fees

Transaction fees are displayed before you confirm any operation. Fees are debited from the wallet that funds the transaction.

Prohibited Use

You may not use MarzPay for fraud, terrorist financing, gambling without a licence, illegal gambling, or anything that breaches Ugandan or international law.

Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, are inactive for an extended period, or are flagged by our compliance partners. We will return any remaining balance subject to verification.

Limitation of Liability

MarzPay is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, except where prohibited by law. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
