Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us — name, email, phone number, business KYC details, and transaction metadata — in order to operate MarzPay and meet regulatory requirements.
How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to authenticate you, process collections and disbursements, comply with anti-money-laundering rules, support you when you contact us, and improve the service.
Information Sharing
We never sell your personal data. We share information only with regulated payment partners (e.g. mobile money operators, banks, card processors), our cloud and analytics providers, and authorities when legally required.
Data Security
Sensitive material such as passwords, two-factor secrets and PINs is encrypted at rest. Card details are tokenised by our PCI-compliant processor — MarzPay never stores raw card numbers.
Your Rights
You can access, correct or delete your personal data at any time from your account, or by writing to privacy@marzpay.com. We respond to requests within 30 days.
